Impression was obviously pretty good, but quality of files and technical support provided really felt like nothing, or even better! i am very disappointed. these screenshots are just tip of iceberg. it seems that they are not wrong at all. if you must think that there is something wrong, then it is because your expectations of others are too good! especially when there is an urgent need to use it on site, and during production, all electrical components have been arranged in a hurry and wiring has been connected. there are several very basic usage parameters and various setting parameters. , it turned out to be just a fragmented file. even if file is not clear, key to finding technical support requires several clear parameters, which are very tortuous! partners at site were urging me every day, and project owner was also urging me every day. when i encountered such an after-sales situation, i might explode at any time! if i have enough time, i will still use modules i designed in future!
